Description
A1570 EMAT adalah unit frontend akuisisi data EMAT kelas atas yang dirancang untuk integrasi dalam pengaturan inspeksi otomatis & sistem pemindaian (crawler) untuk pengukuran ketebalan bebas penggandeng pada benda logam. Pulser dan penerima A1570 EMAT dapat menggerakkan transduser EMAT biasa dengan magnet permanen serta probe EMAT baru dengan magnetisasi pulsa. Instrumen ini memiliki baterai terintegrasi dan antarmuka data nirkabel untuk operasi yang berdiri sendiri.
Dengan SDK yang terdokumentasi dengan baik, pengguna dapat mengembangkan aplikasi perangkat lunaknya sendiri untuk tugas pemeriksaan yang disesuaikan.
APPLICATION
A1570 EMAT is dedicated to conducting ultrasonic thickness measurements by means of electromagnetic-acoustic transducers. The instrument is suitable for variety of applications, such as:
- Automated and mechanized corrosion testing on pipelines and storage tanks
- Thickness measurements on boiler tubes & heat exchangers
- Ultrasonic measurements on high-temperature objects
- In-Situ ultrasonic stress measurements
