Sensor Radiasi Matahari RK200-04 dirancang berdasarkan prinsip sel silikon. Ini terutama digunakan untuk mengukur radiasi matahari dalam panjang gelombang 300-1100nm. Jika permukaan penginderaan menghadap ke bawah, maka dapat menguji radiasi yang dipantulkan dan radiasi matahari yang mengenai bidang miring. Jika shad ditambahkan, maka dapat menguji radiasi yang tersebar. Sensor radiasi matahari banyak digunakan untuk memantau radiasi matahari dalam meteorologi, energi matahari, pertanian, penuaan bahan konstruksi dan polusi atmosfer dan lain-lain.
