Description

Penguji tarik otomatis XLW (PC) secara profesional dapat diterapkan untuk penentuan sifat gaya dari berbagai bahan kemasan fleksibel, dengan presisi tinggi (0,5% dari skala penuh) dan beberapa rentang pengujian. Instrumen ini dirancang dengan 7 mode pengujian independen dan dapat melakukan pengujian pada tujuh kecepatan pengujian yang berbeda untuk memenuhi berbagai kondisi pengujian. Perangkat lunak cerdas memfasilitasi pengoperasian instrumen dan menyediakan fungsi analisis dan perbandingan data.

Principle

The pre-conditioned specimen is mounted between two grips, which move in relative direction during the test. The changes of force and displacement are separately recorded by the load cell fixed on the driven grip and embedded displacement transducer. The tensile strength, tear strength and elongation rate can be obtained by further calculation.
