Ini adalah alat uji penetrasi Proctor hidrolik yang ditentukan dalam JIS A 6204.
Alat ini menembus 25 mm beberapa kepala jarum dengan luas penampang tertentu ke dalam mortar yang diayak dari beton, dan menghitung waktu pengerasan beton dengan memplot hubungan antara resistansi penetrasi yang diperoleh dan waktu yang telah berlalu.
