Description
Alat Ukur Ketebalan Ultrasonik NOVOTEST UT-1M digunakan untuk pengujian non-destruktif operasional ketebalan produk dengan akses satu arah, saat ini metode ini adalah yang paling umum di dunia untuk menyelesaikan tugas-tugas tersebut.
Metode ini didasarkan pada sifat bahan untuk melakukan ultrasound, wawes ultrasonik dieksitasi dengan pelat piezoceramic di transduser dan menembus ke dalam material melalui couplant, kemudian dipantulkan dari permukaan bawah sampel yang diuji, dan kembali ke transduser. Berdasarkan waktu transit suara yang diperoleh dalam material, perangkat menghitung ketebalan sesuai dengan kecepatan rambat gelombang ultrasonik dalam sampel uji. Nilai ketebalan ditampilkan pada layar perangkat, proses pengukuran memakan waktu sekitar 1 detik.
