C650B Headspace Gas Analyzer dilengkapi dengan desain genggam dan dilengkapi dengan sensor presisi tinggi serta pompa udara yang dipasok oleh produsen terkenal di dunia. Alat ini dapat memberikan evaluasi yang akurat dan cepat terhadap volume oksigen dan karbon dioksida (dengan sensor CO2 opsional) dalam kemasan tertutup, botol dan kaleng, dll. Karena desainnya yang portabel, instrumen ini dapat digunakan untuk mengukur volume dan proporsi oksigen dan karbon dioksida di jalur produksi, di gudang atau di laboratorium, untuk dijadikan panduan produksi.

Test Principle

The gas inside the test package is brought to the gas sensor by the air pump. The instrument analyzes the volume of oxygen and carbon dioxide (optional) contained in the sample gas by calculating the electrical signals generated by the gas sensor. When the preset condition is met, the test is completed and the system records the oxygen and carbon dioxide (optional) concentration.

Packaging Bags Test the volume of O2 and CO2 (optional) in headspace of non-vacuum sealed packaging bags of coffee, cheese, milk tea, milk powder, bread, bean powder, instant food and drugs, etc.
Packaging Containers Test the volume of O2 and CO2 (optional) in headspace of packaging containers of coffee, milk powder, food, cheese, can, Tetra Pak and beverage, etc.
