Penguji kecepatan pulsa ultrasonik yang ringkas, ergonomis, dan mudah digenggam untuk penilaian kualitas beton sesuai dengan standar internasional yang valid.
Instrumen ini terbuat dari plastik tahan guncangan yang ringan dan mengoperasikan dua rangkaian transduser kontak titik kering untuk transmisi tembus beton hingga 2 meter. Ujung keramik transduser yang tahan aus dan tahan aus tidak sensitif terhadap kondisi permukaan dan memungkinkan pengoperasian yang nyaman dan kokoh di lokasi dengan kondisi permukaan yang berubah-ubah. Oleh karena itu, tidak perlu menggunakan gel kopling untuk menyiapkan permukaan objek untuk pengujian.
Perangkat ini memiliki memori non-volatil yang memungkinkan penyimpanan 50.000 pengukuran (hasilnya dapat dikelompokkan) dan port USB untuk mentransfer data pengukuran ke PC eksternal.
APPLICATION
The instrument is suitable for compressive strength evaluation of concrete.
The evaluation is based on correlation of longitudinal ultrasonic wave velocity in concrete with its mechanical properties. Measurements are performed by thru-transmission of inspection object by means of two transducer arrays.
Further possible areas of application of A1410 are:
• Evaluation of the load-carrying ability of concrete backbones and posts.
• Evaluation of porosity and fissuring of concrete.
• Evaluation of anisotropy in composite materials.
• Evaluation of the concrete aging
