A1040 MIRA 3D adalah sistem tomografi ultrasonik frekuensi rendah yang cocok untuk penilaian struktur beton secara manual dan otomatis. Karena teknologi sensor A-DPC® yang baru, MIRA baru memberikan kedalaman penetrasi, sensitivitas inspeksi, dan resolusi pencitraan yang tidak ada duanya dengan menerapkan FMC / TFM tiga dimensi di setiap posisi instrumen.
Instrumen ini terdiri dari bodi ringan dengan transduser 4 x 8 Active Dry-Point-Contact dengan sirkuit pulser-receiver terintegrasi dan elektronik DAQ paralel yang terhubung secara nirkabel ke ponsel cerdas canggih yang mengimplementasikan algoritma rekonstruksi dan visualisasi gambar melalui unit prosesor grafis paralel di- papan. Solusi perangkat keras ini memungkinkan pencapaian kinerja tertinggi untuk pencitraan 3D-TFM waktu nyata.
Dengan teknik transmisi khusus seperti E-Boosting, kedalaman penetrasi yang luar biasa telah dicapai bahkan dengan menggunakan aperture aktif instrumen yang relatif kecil. Meskipun demikian, untuk perluasan tambahan jangkauan inspeksi, perluasan bukaan sewenang-wenang dapat digunakan oleh dua atau lebih unit larik dalam satu konfigurasi.
Perangkat lunak MIRA NEO DESKTOP untuk kontrol unit jarak jauh dan visualisasi 3D & analisis Big Data adalah bagian penting dari instrumen yang dikirimkan dalam set pengiriman standar. Format data terbuka untuk pengembangan yang disesuaikan oleh pengguna – untuk aplikasi offline dan online – melengkapi paket fungsional instrumen luar biasa ini.
APPLICATION’
The ultrasonic tomograph A1040 MIRA 3D is the best solution for ultrasonic testing of highly scattering materials, such us concrete and reinforced concrete, stones, rock, composites, ceramics, wood, epoxy, refractory materials. Among others, following main applications can be mentioned as application fields of the instrument:
- Localization of reinforcement rebars and other elements (tendon ducts, anchors, hollow pipes, cables, hollow pipes), also beyond of rebar layers
- Detection of material voids, estimation of their position and size in 3D: cavities, inclusions, honeycombs, cracks
- Thickness measurement by one-side access
- Detection of grouting defects in tendon ducts and grouting couplers
- Assessment of fireproof stones
