Parameter segel termasuk suhu segel panas, waktu tunggu, dan tekanan segel panas. Bahan segel panas yang memiliki titik leleh, stabilitas panas, fluiditas yang berbeda, dan ketebalan dapat menunjukkan berbagai sifat segel panas, yang menyebabkan teknik segel yang jelas berbeda.
