RN400-T2TS, Temperature Data Logger Features
External sensor for easy periodic replacement
Supports RG20, a temperature and humidity sensor exclusive to Radionode. RG20 is made of stainless steel to protect the sensor from the external environment while allowing it to react quickly to temperature and humidity changes. Temperature and humidity sensors require periodic calibration. RG20 is connected via a USB cable for easy sensor removal for calibration.
Equipped with high-performance memory F-RAM
All data measured by RN400 is stored in F-RAM. F-RAM is a non-volatile memory that does not lose its contents even when there is no power. It is 100 times faster than general flash memory and has very high write endurance. The measured data is stored in F-RAM and is transmitted to the desired location by the user at each transmission cycle. Even when the Wi-Fi is disconnected, the data is continuously stored, so you can monitor with confidence.
Massive cloud storage capacity
Are you still using a paper recorder or memory type recorder? RN400 stores all data in memory and transmits the stored data to Radionode365. The cloud-based monitoring software ‘Radionode365’ not only provides a large storage capacity, but also provides various functions with the stored data. Please tell us your requirements and we will determine whether development is possible and proceed with the update. If you want to transmit to the user server, please contact us separately.
Wi-Fi with strong security
Since the planning stage of RN400, multinational companies have been requesting high-level Wi-Fi functions. Accordingly, RN400 has been implemented to support enterprise security. This is a function that is not available in general home wireless routers, and is often used by companies that require a high level of security. In order to use Wi-Fi with enterprise security level Wi-Fi, you must register a separate ID/PASSWORD with the IT team in addition to the Wi-Fi password, and then receive a usable certificate from the IT team before using it.
IP65 waterproof rating
There are industrial sites with various environments. We have released the RN400 product with waterproof specifications to reflect the needs of various sites such as meat processing companies that perform water cleaning and pharmaceutical/bio that perform chemical disinfection. The outer housing is finished with a gasket with an IP65 rating, and the input/output part of the sensor is processed with a cable gland.
Efficient power design
RN400 uses a battery for Wi-Fi communication, so battery consumption must be designed well. When it is not a measurement cycle, the battery is not consumed, and the battery is used only when measuring/transmitting. DC power can also be used. At this time, the BUILT-IN UPS function is implemented in the circuit so that the built-in battery immediately acts as an auxiliary power source in the event of a power outage. Even if there is a power outage, the data collection function is performed normally.

Choose one of 8 general purpose thermocouples
Supports general-purpose thermocouples on the market. Select and use the sensor you need for your application. Up to 4 can be connected.
OLED screen
Clear data even in the freezer
Equipped with an OLED screen on the front, you can check temperature and humidity values clearly anywhere. Check the data coolly with the OLED screen that does not freeze even in a sub-zero freezer or in extremely cold weather outside.
Waterproof and dustproof
IP65
Basically, it is designed to be waterproof and dustproof to an IP65 rating. It can stably measure and transmit data in various external environments.
Alarm buzzer & warning light
Reflecting threshold values set for each sensor
You can set the normal measurement range for each management site with your smartphone. For example, if the value of CH3 is out of the range of 12.0 to 33.50, the built-in buzzer will sound and an alarm will be sent to the registered person in charge.
Micro SD Card Backup
Usable even in enterprise-grade Wi-Fi environments
Simply insert the Micro SD card without any separate settings and the data file will be saved by date. The file is saved in CSV format and the file is created by day. Also, the certificate required when using WiFi Enterprise is stored in the MicroSD. It is stored.
Easy installation
Magnetic holder/screw hole
To make it easy for anyone to install, RN400 has four powerful magnets built into the inside. Simply attach it to the location you want to measure and you’re set. For locations where magnet mounting is not possible, you can fix it with a piece in the three screw holes.
