Description

Sistem Uji Laju Transmisi Oksigen C201B dirancang dan diproduksi berdasarkan metode sensor koulometri dan sesuai dengan ASTM D3985. Instrumen ini dapat digunakan untuk mengukur laju transmisi oksigen dari bahan penghalang dengan sifat penghalang tinggi dan sedang dengan akurasi tinggi dan efisiensi tinggi. C201B dapat digunakan untuk menentukan permeabilitas oksigen film plastik, terpal, kertas, dan bahan kemasan lainnya yang digunakan dalam makanan, farmasi, peralatan medis, produk konsumen, industri fotovoltaik dan elektronik, dll.

Test Principle

The pre-conditioned specimen is clamped in the test cell, oxygen or air flows on one side of the specimen while a stream of high purity nitrogen flows on the other side. Oxygen molecules permeate through the specimen into the nitrogen side and are carried to the coulometric sensor. The sensor analyzes the oxygen concentration and calculates the oxygen transmission rate.
